Laura did such a good job marketing our house that even at the closing she received a phone call from an interested buyer. His wife had fallen in love with our house by looking at Laura’s pictures and reading her thorough description - and they were both frustrated that they hadn’t already made an offer on it. Interestingly, they lived in New York and our house was located in Georgia! Laura impressed us with her technical and marketing skills, her service and responsiveness, and the fact that our house sold so quickly. You won't go wrong using her as your realtor.

We were impressed with Laura when we first met her. Her knowledge and creative use of technology pushed her to the front of the list as we decided on an agent to help us sell our property. She proved her real estate expertise every step of the way as she walked beside us through the sales process. It was amazing at how fast Laura sold our property! We literally had an offer within 3 hours of her letting the world know that it was for sale. We knew that the house would appeal to a broad group of people, but little did we know how fast the process would go. We were so happy that the offer (and eventual contract) came from a brother and sister who were looking for a house for their 95 year-old father. It was a perfect fit for his needs. Laura’s helping us get the property ready and the correct information in the advertisement resulted in a sale that came at lightning speed!

We chose Laura Darr as our realtor to help sell our house because she seemed to possess the most expertise in the technological arena. Not only did she highlight our house in the best manner possible, but she quickly responded to every question we asked. She also helped us with negotiating the sales price - which ended up being much better than we anticipated! We loved working with Laura Darr! We made a connection with her right away because she had a true marketer's heart - which was exactly what we needed. She was very informative and insightful about the things we could do to make our house as appealing as possible. We did everything she recommended and sure enough, we had a great offer within a week of putting it on the market! She also helped us in the negotiation phase when the prospective buyer's inspection came back with several items to fix. We closed on our house 30 days later, selling it at market value and only having to repair one small item. Laura made the house selling process very pleasant!
